Playworker

Within our After School Club we provide children with opportunities to play, develop and be inspired. We are looking to recruit a playworker a minimum of 3 days per week 3:00-6pm. The right candidate will be passionate about having a positive impact on the children within the school environment and be motivated to engage with the children in a wide range of activities including arts, crafts, play and sport. You will be required to organise and deliver stimulating activities and games for primary age children.
The role will require the right person to undertake all relevant training which will be paid for. Training will include food hygiene, safeguarding, first aid and a playworks qualification.
All candidates will be subject to a full enhanced DBS check.
A driving licence is essential due to rural location of school.
