Playworker Bolton

Our partner school in Bolton is seeking a playworker to work in their before and after school club. This role will begin 15th April 2024 and you will be required until the end of the calendar year. The hours for this role are 7.15-9.00am and 3.15-6.15pm, Monday to Friday.

The school is rated as 'good' and they have developed a warm and welcoming school environment. The pupils are respectful and active learners who are given the opportunity to engage in a range of extra curricular activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with 4 - 11 year olds and understand the importance of delivering quality play care and experiences. They will need to have experience in providing and facilitating creative and safe play as well as work as part of a team.

This playworker role commences in April 2024, and you will be required for to complete the academic year. This fantastic position will pay £76-90 per day, subject to experience. This role is also open to ECTs who are looking to further their experience.

Essential requirements:

• Teaching assistant or playworker experience in the United Kingdom
• An up-to-date cv showing a full work history with any gaps explained
• A proven track record with references to support this
