Altrincham area - fully office based.
My client is a highly established Legal 500 law firm who are looking for an experienced candidate to work a dual position that will involve Plot Sales and Residential Conveyancing.
The role will include:
* Role and Responsibilities
* Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions
* Capability in handling matters from pre-exchange to completion.
* Wide experience advising on sale and purchase of a full range of residential property matters including Plot Sales and actions for developers.
* Confident in providing advice on a wide range of residential property matters to both local and national clients including high net worth individuals.
* Excellent organisational skills
* Customer Service
