Job Title: Plumber Multi Trade with Unvented

Location: Salisbury to Bournemouth

Salary:Up to GBP36,000 plus van and fuel card

The Company:

Build Recruitment are working on behalf of a housing association to recruit an experienced Multi Trade Plumber with unvented certificates to join the repairs and maintenance and bathroom and kitchen refurbishment team providing repairs across the Salisbury, Winchester to Bournemouth area.

We are looking for NVQ qualified plumbers that are multi skilled in building repairs to join our client on a permanent basis. A company van and fuel card are provided along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Overtime and on-call payments are extra to the advertised salary to cover the emergency call out rota.

Experience working across the social housing sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will be required to undertake a DBS check and must have a valid driving licence.

Day to Day:

• Plumbing repairs such as plumbing in sanitary ware
• Tiling
• Patch plastering
• Decorating
• Kitchen and bathroom refits
• General building maintenance

Requirements:

• Full driving licence
• NVQ level 2 Plumbing
• Unvented qualification
• A DBS check will be required
