Role Overview:
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Plumber to join our growing Repairs team in 2024 on a part-time basis (21 hours per week). Thirteen Benefits:
- Salary - £34,566 (pro-rata - £19,924.05)
- Youll have the opportunity to join our overtime rota, paid at time and a half, and callout duties for up to £26.71ph.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support our repairs and maintenance department, to make sure our homes meet the highest standards for our customers.
- Jobs are planned for you by our Work Planners so you can concentrate on carrying out repairs to a high standard, ensuring right first time wherever possible.
- Work primarily in the vibrant Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond.
- Contribute to our TradePlus scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
About You:
- Skilled in general semi-skilled works and eager to assist in various trades.
- Have relevant experience in the trade and be educated to NVQ level 2 in the relevant trade qualification (you will be asked for your certificates or alternative evidence at interview)
- Must possess a valid UK driving license.
- Comfortable using digital devices or be willing to learn. We use mobile and hand-held devices to allocate jobs and for you to record your completion of work.
- A commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations.
