SalaryMurray Recruitment are looking for a Plumbing & Heating Engineer to work on a mobile basis across Edinburgh/ East of Scotland. Our client are a national FM provider who work on contracts including: Schools, NHS contracts and various commercial offices.
Your role will involve carrying out general maintenance of Plumbing and Heating systems - ideally based in the East Coast - West Lothian, Midlothian, Edinburgh, or lower Fife.
Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Install, repair and maintenance of plumbing systems within commercial properties.
- Remedial works and planned maintenance.
- Carrying out risk assessments.
- Liaising with clients to ensure contracts run smoothly.
Experience:
- Time Served / Qualified Plumber – City & Guilds / SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing.
- Experience of working in a busy SLA driven/ FM environment.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Happy to obtain Disclosure Scotland.
Package:
- Salary up to £35,000 per annum

- On call 1/10 (after 3months)
