Job Title: Plumbing & Heating Supervisor
Location: Kent (covering Kent and London)
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 per annum
My client is leading provider of plumbing and heating solutions. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing & Heating Supervisor to join our team based in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in overseeing plumbing and heating project to progress their career.
Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of skilled plumbing and heating technicians.
Provide guidance and support to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Project Management:
Oversee plumbing and heating projects in both Kent and London.
Coordinate schedules, resources, and materials to meet project deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
Client Relations:
Interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Address client concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Training and Development:
Provide training and mentorship to team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Plumbing & Heating Supervisor.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent project management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing and heating systems.
Relevant certifications and licenses.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
