Plumbing Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, suppilers, and internal teams
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and address any issues or concerns
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

Must be able to commute to Kent area once a week from our office in Leighton Buzzard/or based or kent with travel to office occasionally

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction/plumbing processes and techniques
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during construction projects
• Large house builders or in mechanical into new build homes managing these projects would be a distinct advantage.

Requirements

• The candidate must have gold, white or black cscs card and at least 5 years project management experience
