Plumbing Supervisor

Supervisor - Mechanical
Location: HM Prison Wandworth
Starting Salary: £39,921.92 to £43,248.78
with an additional 5% offered in recognition of weekend and shift working.
Contract: Full time - Permanent
We provide critical and time-bound services to the Ministry of Justice and are looking for facilities management professionals that can make a difference to the sites and the people we are responsible for.
We're five years young and growing in the provision of on site services to the prison service and want applicants with:

• A minimum of five years' experience, ideally within an FM environment and/ or secure environment, military, health or similar sectors.
• Experienced plumber, qualified to C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing & Heating) and/ or NVQ Lvl 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
• Experience working on commercial or industrial heating, water or building service systems.
• Familiar with, and ability to, work to Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements.
• Good Health & Safety knowledge.
• Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.
• A rounded knowledge of risk and compliance and demonstrable planning & project management skills.
