The Role:

Embark on a dynamic role where your primary focus will be securing new business with in the thriving Private Medical and Employee Benefits sectors.

As you establish yourself, you'll transition into a position of trust with existing clients, overseeing renewals with finesse.

The client is in search of an industry expert, well-versed in the nuances of the Private Medical field, ready to navigate the country to clinch business opportunities.

As a recognized authority, you'll be treated as much, with the expectation to lead with expertise.

The setup includes dedicated Account Handler support, and you'll have the guidance of the Head of Employee Benefits.

Dive into a diverse client portfolio, ranging from SMEs to expansive corporate schemes, ensuring a varied and engaging professional journey.

The Required Skills:

• Proven track record of successfully securing new business, with a focus on private medical insurance
• Proficiency in using Acturis
• Collaborative spirit and adeptness in teamwork
• Possessing Cert CII is advantageous, but not a deal-breaker
• Enthusiastic about learning and adaptable to join a growing team
• Demonstrated Negotiation prowess
