More about your role 

As a part of our Transformation Office, the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) plays a crucial role in guiding and coaching project professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects across the organization. As a Portfolio Management Analyst, your responsibility will be to govern the delivery of a portfolio of programs and projects, maintaining a consistent standard by following best practices and leveraging digital tools for continuous improvement and process streamlining.

Your tasks will involve utilising digital tools, managing dashboards, and ensuring projects adhere to specifications, timelines, budget constraints, and business/technical requirements. Collaborating closely with project managers, business analysts, and senior leadership, you will align initiatives with strategic goals, support successful project delivery, and identify opportunities to enhance governance practices organisation-wide.

This role will be based from home with travel required to one of our local offices as and when required. We will still be accepting applications for this role during the festive break and will be reviewing all applications upon our return to the office in January.

More about you 

You will bring a wealth of experience in crafting, implementing, and integrating project management methodologies. Your leadership has been instrumental in the successful delivery of significant business-critical changes and technical projects, adhering to best practice governance principles with a keen focus on timeliness and completeness. Additionally, your skill set extends to conducting comprehensive business, systems, and process analysis, implementing improvements, and simplifying complex structures.

Your strengths lie in excellent stakeholder management and engagement, fostering robust and collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders. Furthermore, your adept project management, schedule planning, and governance skills ensure clarity for all stakeholders, outlining expectations and timelines effectively. Ideally you will have a project management qualification.
