SalaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a Hybrid PMO/Project Manager o join a global Financial Services business in London. The ideal candidate will have PMO, Financial Services and Project Management experience.
The role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives, deliverables are defined and tracked, risks and issues are identified and mitigated, and project documentation is maintained.
Additionally, the role may involve analyzing project data and producing reports for senior management, as well as identifying areas for improvement in project management processes and implementing changes as necessary.
Overall, the role of the ePMO support is to assist the Head of PMO in ensuring that projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget, while adhering to established project management practices and standards.
Key experience required:
- Understands and has practical experience of both running projects, and supporting portfolio / projects in a PMO capacity
- Experience of working in business and IT environments in Financial Services or have demonstrably transferable skills
- Strong, demonstrable and relevant practical experience of working within a PMO, Portfolio Office and/or as a Project Manager, covering the end-to-end project lifecycle within a structured framework
- Relevant experience gained within Financial services, banking or similar environments beneficial
