Join Police Digital Service as PMO Analyst
Salary starting at £40,000
The role of the PMO Analyst will support the PMO function in development of reporting mechanisms through Power BI and integration with the PPM tooling software. The PMO Analyst will also support issue resolution in Project Online and SharePoint.
In this role you will be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of Power BI dashboards, ensuring the PMO can deliver data driven reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Working with stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements
- Ownership and creation of reporting dashboards via Power BI through integration with the PPM tooling mechanism
- Driving reporting outputs to meet stakeholder needs
- Resolving issues relating to PPM tooling and SharePoint
- Driving best practice and improvement initiatives with the tooling and reporting areas
What you need to succeed in the role
- Vast experience in PMO tools and applications (SharePoint, Power BI, PPM tooling software)
- Experience with Power Apps in M365
- Analytical skills with the ability to represent data in a effective manner
- Extensive experience in Power BI development, dashboard creation and visualisations
- Ability to troubleshoot Power BI and SharePoint issues
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Self-starter with the ability to identify and drive areas of improvement
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder relationship management
- Awareness of latest software and technology releases
- Degree or demonstrated equivalent experience in Business or Data Analysis
