PMO Manager - Customer Personalisation & Loyalty

Our client, one of the nations favourite retailers, are looking for a PMO Manager to join them on a contract basis. This role will be supporting the development and launch of a new loyalty programme. The loyalty programme will be built on the foundation of the transformation of their data capabilities to deliver a personalised experience for all customers across brands and channels.
Accountabilities -
- Supporting the Programme manager
- Accountable for ensuring all governance papers are accurate, complete and signed off and that governance dates are planned and booked in
- Accountable for ensuring the POAP is updated and critical path visible for all inflight and future project initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting is delivered via Planview and relevant tooling.
- Maintain an accurate and auditable view of the project finances, producing summaries for the working group monthly. That the MLO isupdated and provide assurance for all project financial controls.
- Being a key point of contact for the project team, ensuring alignment across project pillars, free flowing information across the team andreadiness for each project meeting and major milestone
- Deputising for the programme manager, when required and steering the next steps and actions.
- Ensure all Lessons learnt are captured, logged and cascaded.
- Hold health checks throughout delivery and assurance checkpoints sessions
