PNC, Bail, DVLA and Systems Administration Assistant
Lancashire Constabulary’s Systems Support Team is seeking a PNC (Police National Computer) Bail and DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency) Systems Admin Agency to be based at Hutton Headquarters.
The site is accessible by public transport and there is also free car parking on site.
The purpose of this role is:
- To provide an administrative support function to the department in respect of recording performance management statistics and maintaining computerised and manual indices of records.
- To validate, create, amend and quality assure Police National Computer Bail conditions in respect of arrested, remanded or convicted persons in accordance with relevant legislation and national procedures.
- To help administer the STORM Alarms module in line with national legislation, ACPO and Constabulary guidance and Maintain and update the Key Point scheme.
On the job training will be required to complete PNC enquiry, PNC Update and LED training modules.
Ideally you will have experience of working in an administrative / clerical role dealing with confidential information.
