Global Employment require a POD/Customer Service Clerk for major Blue Chip Client in Brackmills Northampton

- Pay Rate £11.44 + Holiday
- 08:00-16:30
- 8 hours Paid – 30 mins unpaid break.
- Ideally this person will need to have some good experience within a Customer Service/Transport admin
- Experience with Microsoft office Word/Excel etc is essential
- Job Description:
- Taking calls from drivers ref delivery issues/restrictions
- Liaising with the clients Customer Service team on email and phone calls ref delivery issues.
- Ensuring all PODS are received back and completed in full/correctly.
- Liaise with drivers
- Control of the Ceva paperwork archive log and monitoring this to destroy paperwork as and when required.
- Working on own initiative alone, as well as part of a team.
- Good time management
- General support within the team.
