Salary: GBP30,225 pro rata / GBP15.50 per hour

We have an opportunity to join our Food & Beverage Experience team as a Point of Saleand Print Officer focussing on the design, artwork, print production and distribution of our seasonal menu Point of Sale.

The role may also involve travel to properties or regional hubs to meet with stakeholders and to carry out work.
What you'll be doing- You'll use your keen eye for detail and understanding of the Design and production process to support the delivery of our season menu refreshes up to 4 times a year, developing and refining the existing process to create a 'business as usual' approach to make refreshes as simple and efficient as possible.
- You'll also work with your wider team to get involved in further Point of Sale projects over time.
- Additionally, you'll use your creative eye and knowledge to support and oversee the creation of document templates and the delivery of highly professional and engaging content, such as internal comms, F&B toolkits and training materials.
- You'll work efficiently and at pace, designing outputs that have flexibility in mind while acting as champion for our brand guidelines and putting yourself in the mind of our customers.

- Excellent knowledge and experience of project managing the production and delivery of seasonal point-of-sale material.
- Excellent planning and organisational ability
- A proven track record of working to tone of voice and brand guidelines
- Experience in creating communications guidance and templates
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple pieces of work and to prioritise to manage tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
