Policy And Engagement Officer

This role would suit an experienced engagement/communications officer who enjoys working as part of a small and collaborative team, has a proactive and creative approach, is a flexible team player and is happy to work with team members across the charity.

The Engagement Officer will provide communications and marketing support for all of Dementia Adventure's fundraising, donor and partnership communications. The focus will be on supporting the Income and Engagement team in building strong relationships to secure funding opportunities from corporate partners, trusts and foundations and individual donors. This is a varied role that will also require experience in communications, brand awareness, fundraising campaigns and developing marketing materials for internal and external use.

The successful candidate will join at an exciting time as our bold new income and engagement strategy gets underway. We have created a dynamic new team structure to support our plans and focus on expanding our reach, diversifying our fundraising portfolio and building effective partnerships.
