Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum. Hybrid working, flexitime, 30 days holiday

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis on policies and regulations affecting our client's sector
• Identify key issues and trends to develop strategic policy recommendations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and opinions, ensuring inclusivity in decision-making processes
• Draught reports and briefing materials to communicate policy proposals and recommendations
• Monitor the implementation of policies, providing updates and recommendations as needed
• Stay informed about industry developments and emerging policy issues to inform our client's strategic direction

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in policy development, analysis, or a related field
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in drafting reports and briefing materials
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and build effective relationships
• Knowledge of current policy landscape and understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
