My client based in Birkenhead is currently recruiting for a Polish speaking Customer Service and Export Administrator. The client is recruiting on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. The Customer Service and Export Administrator is responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries on orders, billing and despatch. You will be predominantly responsible for liaising closely with transport companies to coordinate the export process of products. In addition you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in export sales transactions supporting the commercial sales team and continually ensuring that customer expectations are satisfied.
The key responsibilities include -
- Accurate and timely issue of quotations, order acknowledgements, despatch notes and invoices to customers
- Investigate and solve customers problems, working with the office manager as required in order to provide timely responses
- Keep accurate record of discussions/ correspondence with customers and freight forwarders
- Manage order despatches in a timely and efficient manner
- Raise any necessary legislative paperwork for the correct procedure in exporting hazardous goods
- Prepare, record, monitor and process all export documentation required for customers outside of the UK
