Seasonal Pool Manager

We have an exciting new role here at Beaverbrook as Pool Manager.

If you have experience leading a team, creating unforgettable moments for guests, and going above and beyond to raise the standards, then this could be the role for you!
What’s the role about?

As Pool Manager your overall purpose will be to manage the outdoor facilities, from our Lido Bar, Sun Loungers to our Swimming Pool. You will ensure that the team are trained to deliver and drive personalised and anticipatory service. Your aim will be to ensure our members and guests have the very best experience, that they can’t wait to return. At the Pool, members can expect to receive outstanding poolside service with creative cocktails, small dishes and other requests that will enhance their experience.

Hours of work: This position will be working any 5 out of 7 days a week.
Contract type: Seasonal 5-month contract

  • An individual who thrives to deliver incredible guest experience
  • Proven experience of working within 5* luxury hospitality
  • Experience of leading, training and motivating a team
  • Has an eye for detail, efficient and anticipants our guests requirements
