Our Porsche Centre in Aberdeen is currently looking for a Product Genius to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. At Porsche we always strive to give our customer an exclusive experience to remember, and our Product Genius will play a pivotal role in creating these special moments for our customers. As our Product Genius you will be the brand ambassador, product and technical expert in the team ; able to assist guests with their enquiry and providing answers to their questions about vehicles, technology and accessories. You will present cars to guests and support test drives, so you will need to have a full driving licence. Full training and support will be provided
What you will do:
- Creating those special moments for our customers by delivering high quality exclusive customer service.
- Analyse customer needs, interest and specific preferences to identify the best model and products
- Share brand, products and technology knowledge with customer and colleagues
- Conducting test drives so you must have a driving licence.
- Keep up to date on latest models, technology and products
- Supporting the Sales Executive with the sale and handover
What you will need:
- Experience working in a face to face customer service role
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to quickly build rapport with and inspire confidence in customers
- Warm and friendly manner with a natural conversational charm.
- A genuine interest in cars and the latest technology
- Ability to explain information clearly and concisely
- Team player who works hard to support the wider team
- Willingness and motivation to keep on learning and developing
