Portfolio Accountant

Your new company
I am currently working with an exciting private-equity backed real estate company who manage a large number of assets and portfolios globally.
Your new role
As a Portfolio Accountant, you will be involved with helping the business through budgeting, forecasting, consolidating financial statements, reporting under IFRS and work alongside a high calibre team of 9 reporting to the CFO.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience working for a property, Real Estate or business that manages funds, and you must be audit trained.
The team requires someone that is fun, charismatic and technically strong in accounting.
What you'll get in return
Although the role is office based, the team are close-knit and work on a flat structure, meaning that there is no hierarchy.
