Our client, a rapidly growing provider of funding solutions to businesses requires a Portfolio Executive to join their team in Birmingham.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of a portfolio of circa 25 clients, taking responsibility for all aspects of the client relationships. Lending arrangements will typically be property backed.
- Client maintenance, including preparation of documentation for amendments and funding parameters.
- Assisting in the new client take-on process.
- Preparation of customer files for new clients.
- System and bank account set up.
- Completing Land Registry and Credit searches.
- Debt Verification - in-house or at a client’s premises.
- Maintenance of live files, including collection, processing and analysing of MI and bank statements.
- Supporting Portfolio Managers on client visits.

Finance industry, specifically Property Finance experience is preferable, including a detailed understanding of financial accounting, business finance and risk management.
