Role:
- Build sales opportunities for the company through generating new business via the phone, email and social media
- Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each individual prospect moving forward
- Introduce and advise clients on all the fantastic investment opportunities
- Suggest strategies to help clients realise their goals and grow their property portfolio
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Passion for property
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
