SalaryAre you looking for a new opportunity within short term lending? Our client is a customer focussed, mortgage and savings provider based in Leicestershire. They have a fantastic opportunity for a bridging/development finance specialist to join their servicing team as a Portfolio Manager. In this role, you will be focussing on their short-term lending (which will include bridging and development finance) portfolio and undertaking all mortgage back book servicing. You will also have the opportunity to manage various projects relating to this service throughout the team.
Duties of the role will include:
- Managing a portfolio of short-term loads (bridging and development finance).
- Building relationship with borrowers and discussing their exit strategies.
- Monitoring loan portfolio and completing responsibilities such as: Requests for drawdown, with regular monitoring of circumstances and progress towards completion.
Our client is seeking someone with the following experience:
- Previous knowledge and experience of bridging and development lending
- Experience of managing a loan portfolio and engaging with borrowers on their exit strategies.
Our client operates a hybrid approach to the working week, with 2 days in the office in Market Harborough and the remaining 3 working from home. One of the days must be a Thursday and the other is of your choice.
