THE ROLE
The Portfolio Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping and sharing a strategic vision for the distributed Diagnostic Green product range to contribute to achieving the company’s sales, profit, and market share objectives.
As the product ambassador both internally and externally, this person will engage and inspire others across the business. With a proven ability to communicate and capture people’s attention, on both an individual and group level, this role involves working closely in field with our sales teams, clinicians and KOLs to fully understand how the products are used, understand the competitive landscape and drive incremental growth and market share.
THE CANDIDATE
You will develop and implement a strategic Portfolio Marketing plan in collaboration with sales leads and budget requirements, outlining clear product strategies and messaging, which is aligned and adapted to the UK market and speciality areas. You will be required to grasp a good understanding of the market, competitors, and clinical trends across all product groups, in each of the speciality areas. You will create and submit a quarterly marketing insights paper detailing the above, along with recommendations. You will also be the lead for new product launches including working collaboratively on the go to market strategy, product positioning, messaging, and marketing materials.
