Job description

We are looking for a dedicated enthusiastic candidate who is keen to learn. They should be able to work as part of the team and alone on project work. The candidate will have a job list to perform on a monthly basis and dependant on ability, will then contribute to some key 2020/21 projects. This will provide first-hand experience of how a performance measurement team functions and the role it plays in the investment process.
Responsibilities
  • To assist in the update and maintenance of systems and procedures to enable the Performance Analysis Team to operate efficiently.
  • To ensure distribution of reports for weekly, monthly and quarterly internal and external reporting both accurately and within deadline requirements.
  • Assisting in completion of ad-hoc requests. Ensuring all deadlines are met, while building a good working relationship with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and innovation of new reporting, learning to use new systems to achieve this.
  • Assist with projects, maintaining a good working relationship with other teams.
Objectives
  • Complete task list each month, efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Improve procedures within the department and increase efficiency by implementing new systems/procedures while working towards the completion of our 2020/21 objectives.

  • Microsoft Office: Excel & PowerPoint

  • FactSet (from a PA3 perspective a plus), SPAR
