We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required a Portfolio/Property Surveyor for one of their public sector Clients based in Birmingham & Manchester.

• IR35: This role is inside of IR35

Role Description:

• Qualified survey - background Property Survey ONLY

• Managing maintenance dept portfolio

• Landlord & tenant -dealing with lease and letting conditions

• MRICS qualification- essential

• Will include land valuations

• Understanding of how the rail works
