WINNER are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is bilingual, speaking Portuguese to join a growing payroll company in Barnsley.

Duties:
Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
Skills:
Fluent in English and Portuguese (Bilingual)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
