POS Systems Administrator

As we expand our store footprint across multiple regions, we are looking for a Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems Administrator to join our Business Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the POS systems used in our freestanding stores. The ideal candidate should come from a retail background and be familiar with POS systems and have experience of Oracle Xstore.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Support the implementation of POS into new stores.
• Provide first/second line support for XStore tickets.
• Support the training of store colleagues on system functionality and processes.
• Contribute to technical guides and training materials.
• Assist in QA testing software enhancements and updates.

Requirements

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and should have experience of Oracle Xstore.
• Familiarity with retail and business systems.
• Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage.
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
