We are looking to appoint highly motivated individuals who will champion Positive Behaviours across the College campus and support students to develop a sense of pride and ownership. At MKC we pride ourselves on the student experience, ensuring that our students develop holistically as individuals and enabling them to contribute to their wider communities in a positive way. Positive behaviours are key to success, we are eager to provide our students with support to maintain high standards of behaviour, to engage positively with their programme of study and the wider support services.

As a Positive Behaviour Mentor you will have a central role in maintaining and promoting Positive Behaviours, acting as a champion and an advocate. Through close liaison with curriculum Heads and support teams you will ensure that behaviours are managed effectively with regard to both consequence and reward.
