Post Completion Data Monitoring Assistant - Senior

We are seeking an experienced Post Completion Data Monitoring Assistant with proven experience in Post Completion, to work closely with the wider team and fee earners. You will work with the Head of Registrations and the Technical Head to ensure an efficient process, monitoring the Post Completion process at Taylor Rose MW by completing regular reports and assessing data. The position will be based at our Peterborough office and is an onsite position.

This role involves but is not limited to:

• Ensuring Post Completion files are protected at all times.
• Updating files with notes, dates and evidence of the Post Completion process.
• Monitoring the process via regular reports and inboxes, ensuring relevant actions are taken.
• Liaising with Fee Earners regarding the Post Completion process.
• Documenting common issues and evaluating current process with a view to implementing new process if required.
• Preparing reports based on analysis and present to Management

Requirements:

• Conveyancing knowledge and understanding of the Post Completion process
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Confident and professional at verbal and written communication
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Ability to take ownership and resolve issues
