This exciting opportunity is with a global SaaS company that has a range of software products supplying the FinTech market. They are looking for a Post Sales Support specialist to work together with Account Managers to identify and build relationships in order to deliver the most appropriate solutions for their customers.
Initially this is an 18-month contract with 1-2 days in their offices in London.
Responsibilities
- Activating customer subscriptions, increase and accelerate adoption of other products.
- Support customers from the start of their journey through to professional services
- Facilitate building the approach to customer activation and retention
Skills
- Ability to build urgency in customers to activate and utilize their subscriptions.
- Experience in engaging with customers via outbound calls and emails, with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Sales expertise.
- Experience producing software-based product onboarding or training.
