Postdoctoral Destinations Research Specialist (Fixed Term)

The University of Cambridge Careers Service, working in partnership with the University of Cambridge Postdoc Academy, will appoint a part-time (0.5FTE) skilled and proactive Research Specialist to research the employment destinations of Cambridge postdoctoral researchers who have completed their contracts.  There are two strands to the project: case studies with postdoctoral researchers and their employers and a longitudinal study. The Research Associate will contribute to these strands by  connecting data sources, developing methods, gaining ethics permissions, interviewing postdoctoral researchers and their employers, analysing outcomes and delivering publications.
