Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures• Read job specifications and adjust machine settings accordingly• Perform quality testing on products produced• Perform minor machine maintenance• Assist assistant machine operators in packing and transporting finished boxes• Complete required documentation accurately and timely• Report maintenance and unsafe working conditions• Participate in training and continuous quality improvement• Perform changeovers and equipment maintenance• Make recommendations for production improvement
Requirements
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team• Strong verbal communication skills• Visual acuity for color consistency• Basic knowledge of flexible packaging films preferred• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
Key Skills Needed
