This permanent, full-time position located near Eye, Suffolk, offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the thriving agricultural industry. All you need is a dedication to hard work, attention to detail, a full driving license, flexibility to work weekends and a spark of passion for agriculture. As a valued member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and welfare of premium breeding stock.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure poultry health, nutrition, and environment meet high standards.
- Prevent, diagnose, and treat poultry health issues while maintaining biosecurity protocols.
- Maintain strict hygiene practices to prevent disease transmission.
- Keep accurate records and maintain farm cleanliness.
- Adhere to farm health and safety rules for a safe working environment.
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.76, increasing to £12.00 after 6 months.
- Annual salary equivalent of £32,000
- Additional pay for overtime and weekend work.
