This permanent, full-time position located near Downham Market, Nofolk, offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the thriving agricultural industry. No experience required as our client provides all the training you'll need. All you need is a dedication to hard work, attention to detail, a full driving license(preferred), flexibility to work weekends and a spark of passion for agriculture. As a valued member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and welfare of premium breeding stock.Tasks and Responsibilities: Ensure poultry health, nutrition, and environment meet high standards. Prevent, diagnose, and treat poultry health issues while maintaining biosecurity protocols. Maintain strict hygiene practices to prevent disease transmission. Keep accurate records and maintain farm cleanliness. Adhere to farm health and safety rules for a safe working environment.Salary and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of GBP10.76, increasing to GBP11.42 after 6 months. Annual salary equivalent of GBP30,139, rising to GBP31,900. Additional pay for overtime and weekend work. Generous 32 days' holiday, including Bank Holidays.
