Summary of thePowder Paint Coaterrole
Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP35,000 per annum
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
The role
As the Powder Paint Coater your role will involve the following important duties:
- Paint metal parts using a powder handheld paint gun.
- Prepare metal prior to coating.
- Inspecting and packing painted components.
- Maintain inventory of product in workstations.
- Identify product defects.
- Perform booth clean downs, gun inspections and equipment maintenance.
The experience required
As a successful Powder Paint Coater you will have the following:
- Experience within a similar role previously particularly using handheld powder paint guns.
- Previous experience using large machinery.
- Excellent working knowledge of spraying using Powder Coating guns or paint sprayers.
- Basic knowledge of materials.
- Attention to detail/
