This role offers a Direct to route becoming a Head of Data as it's a succession planning role. Are you immediately available? or on a short notice period? this is a PERM hire ONLY so we are not open for contractors.

You will be joining an ELITE TOP END Investment manager! They are going through a large digital transformation project. Using the cloud to help them automate reporting for better deal execution!

This is an outstanding opening for a Power BI Developer to join an Ultra Faced paced business who are making a real impact to their client's investment needs. They are an entrepreneurial company with a great vision for their Data Analytics. As they grow, they are now looking to bring someone in to help them with their critical business making decisions within a finance department.

Role Overview

• Assisting a small team of Financial Analysts to deliver automation of key monthly tasks with a clear focus on speed and efficiency
• Engaging in analysis of data and translating to meaningful outputs using Power BI to provide actionable insights

• Data analysis and visualisations to help power finance analytics
• Management information and reporting
• Support ongoing technology improvements in the company.

Experience

• Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and system design.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (preferred) or alternative cloud platforms, and modern development practices.
• At least 4+ Development background: Strong PowerBI, Power Apps, and SQL Server development skills essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, or related field.
