We’re looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our Data Engineering and Business Intelligence Team. The Data department supports the RNLI through leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions appropriate to the needs of our lifesaving and fundraising staff and their supporting teams, so they continue to raise necessary funds and focus on saving everyone.

Your role
As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Your expertise will be pivotal in creating business applications that streamline processes, automate tasks, and empower end-users to make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality applications that enhance productivity and efficiency across the organisation.
About you
You’ll be technically brilliant and motivated to share your knowledge. You will have the people skills to inspire confidence in people from any level in the organisation. You'll have an innovative approach to problem-solving and work in an agile way. With an always-learning mindset, you will be keen to challenge existing ways of working to ensure proactive collaboration and continuous delivery.
To be considered as our new Power Platform Developer you will need:
- Proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools and technologies, including Power Apps formula language (PowerFx), Power Automate flows, and Power Query in Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, user interface design, and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of data integration and API consumption.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services and cloud technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
