The experience we need.
More important than hard skills is a curiosity and willingness to learn, build client confidence. Ideally, you'll have some hands on experience of building and managing digital / eCommerce campaigns for clients or in-house digital teams.
The role.
* Manage Search & Social Ad campaigns across multiple platforms
* Ensure client objectives are being met
* Understand how PPC activity fits into the wider marketing strategy and the impact that is expected
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Provide performance insights to Internal & External Stakeholders
* Develop ongoing PPC campaign strategies for each client
* Work closely with wider digital team to share knowledge, insights and data
* Improve product offering by discovering, learning and then rolling out to clients the latest developments on each channel
* CRM management - feed data into the company crm to ensure client database and opportunities are up to date
* Train new PPC execs once progression to Account Manager/Director is achieved
