We are looking for someone to help us drive efficiency and growth through paid media. If you love being hands-on with paid media accounts, analysing data and writing ad copy - then this is the role for you! You will primarily be working on our PPC accounts in the group; however, you will also work on our paid Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns. You will have a strong understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and paid social channels. We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator and will work closely with our marketing managers to analyse the quality of the leads coming in via paid media.

The Role
* Daily management of all paid media platforms.
* Building new campaigns & updating existing campaigns.
* Analysing leads to ensure the quality is good.
* Working with our experienced team to test landing pages, CTAs, ad copy, etc.
* Gathering regular feedback from our marketing managers on lead quality.
* Regular reporting on the performance of paid media activity.
The Person
* A self-starter with a positive can-do attitude
* Some experience in a paid media role
* Ability to use Google Analytics
* Experience of working in B2B industry
* Strong understanding of conversion tracking
* Experience of working to KPIs
Preferred, but not essential
* Google Ads certified
* Experience with paid social campaigns
