PPM Planning Analyst to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This role will be responsible for the management of PPM planning and their processes. You will have a full understanding of each client and their business objectives to ensure all maintenance for them is managed. As a
PPM Planning Analyst you will support with all administration and service management and must be proficient with excel.If you have strong administration experience and have worked in a team leader type role then I want to hear from you! This role requires a lot of maintenance repair planning and it would be great if you came from this background.
Role Responsibilities:- Be responsible for the management/ control of PPM processes.
- Have knowledge of clients and contracts.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance is managed.
- Be responsible for maintenance contracts.
- Understand the processes for each client's contract and accounting.
- Support the contracts account/service managers.
- Ensure all administration processes are followed.
- Ensure legislative documentation is recorded to meet client/ company recommendations.
- Ensure all engineers are managed in terms of timesheets, day sheets, holiday leave, expenses etc.
- Establish a proactive relationship with line manager, service desk and administration teams.
Candidate Requirements:- Previous experience in a PPM based role.
- Experience in a team leading type role.
- Ability to the Microsoft packages, specifically excel.
- Good administration experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
