Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic PR and Communications plans, internally and externally.
- Liaise with media outlets and handle media inquiries.
- Coordinate all public relations activities and events.
- Manage content creation for press releases, articles and keynote presentations.
- Monitor, analyse and report on PR results on a quarterly basis.
- Develop and maintain the company's corporate image and identity.
- Manage agency partners to ensure deliverables align with company objectives.
- Lead projects as assigned, within budget and timelines.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PR and Comms Manager should have:
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, preferably within the retail industry.
- Experience of both internal and external communications.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Knowledge of project management and performance measurement.
- Strong media relations and networking skills.
- Experience in managing PR agencies and contractors.
- Proficiency in handling PR software and tools.
