Job Title: PR & Content Officer
Hours: Full time, 36 hours per week
Job Status: Fixed Term for 12 months to cover a period of maternity
Location: Leeds based with an option of hybrid/agile working
Salary: £43,717.80 per annum

Skills for Care has an exciting opportunity for a PR and Content Officer to join our Communications and Marketing team.
The PR and Content Officer is responsible for maximising Skills for Care’s engagement, reach and impact with the sector through identifying, leading and delivering PR and Content activity which promotes Skills for Care’s offering.
You will lead on all public relations activity for Skills for Care, ensuring we’re proactive in generating positive coverage about Skills for Care and influencing the narrative about the adult social care workforce.
This role will also lead on the strategy, planning and production of our on-site blog and article content collaborating with colleagues from across the organisation including our CEO and leadership team, and being a proactive contributor to cross-organisational projects, to develop content which consistently reflects corporate messaging and strategic aims, develops our positioning on key topics of influence, and promotes our work.
