As PR Senior Account Director you’ll be a key player in the agency’s ambitious PR department, getting involved in -

• Campaign Leadership: Lead the team to develop and implement creative PR and communication strategies that elevate brand awareness and effectively convey clients' key messages.
• Campaign Management: Collaborate closely with internal marketing, digital, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of PR and comms. Meet committed timings and KPIs while staying true to the scope of work.
• Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships, positioning the agency as a valued extension of their teams.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth, suggesting improvements, and converting new business.
• People Management: You’ll manage two direct reports within the team, whilst mentoring some of the more junior members.
• Inspiring Excellence: Leading by example you’ll motivate the PR team - encouraging the team to break barriers, think outside the box, and achieve exceptional results.
