Client Director (Accountancy)

Our Dorset based client are working with Venatu to find an experienced Client Director / Accountant to join their vibrant team in Ferndown.

As the successful candidate you will be joining a growing company, who offer accounting and tax services to contractors, freelancers, and SMEs. This role is office based working Monday Friday (9 15) on a full-time permanent basis.

The Role:

Managing a portfolio of clients, you will be ensuring all of your client s expectations are exceeded at all times. As well as offering exceptional client service you will also be attending new client meetings and producing quotes.

• Taking responsibility for a portfolio of clients
• Responsibility for ensuring all compliance, returns and submissions for the client portfolio are met
• Reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
• Monitoring and reporting of internal SLAs
• New client meetings and producing quotes
• Supervising and training junior members of staff

Knowledge and experience:

• Previous experience in a practice environment
• Experience of training junior members of staff
• Ideally a minimum of AAT or ATT fully qualified, or qualified by experience
