Practice Learning Reviewer
Are you an experienced social work practitioner with a passion for driving practice improvement?
Are you interested in quality assurance and how it informs our practice and improves outcomes for children, young people and families?

An exciting opportunity for an experienced SW has arisen to join us within Children’s Services on a fixed term basis for 12 months as a Practice Learning Reviewer, as we move our quality assurance framework forward.
We are looking for individuals that are energised and experienced around Practice Learning Reviews (audits) including regular, and thematic and specific deep dive reviews.
You will have a Social Work qualification, be registered with Social Work England and have extensive experience of working across a range of children’s services areas, such as early help, children in need, child protection, fostering, adoption as a practitioner and manager. You will be competent at using a number of electronic case record systems and be able to present orally and in writing to a high standard. It is essential that you understand what ‘good’ and ‘outstanding’ look like.
You will need a high level of resilience and an ability to work calmly and methodically under pressure. You will thrive from supporting others and taking a collaborative approach that promotes a learning culture to drive improvements for children and their families.
