If you fancy a change of scene now the new year has begun, then we are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join the front door / assessment service in Jersey.
You will supervising a team of up to 6 social workers, so ideally you'll have managed before, and supervised social workers to achieve best practice. The service has been pretty much fully staffed for the last 6 months, so by no means is this crisis point - but rather a time to advocate the best outcomes for service users and put best practice first.
There has been a massive drive on service improvement within the organisation, and a recent recruitment drive has secured an exceptional management team who have a great track record on mainland England, who very much plan to carry this best practice over.
Depending on your circumstances you can have access to a host of support – be it the £3k relocation cost & dedicated relocation support from a private provider, £5k retention bonus after passing probation.
